What is your lease commitment?
We prioritize your independence, so at our studios the typical lease is a one-year term with the option of annual renewal.
What are the common areas?
We have a beautifully designed lobby, hallways, seating areas, and bathrooms designed to greet and impress your clients. Common areas are professionally cleaned on a scheduled basis to maintain a welcoming environment.
On-site laundry machines are also available.
What is the security at Edge Salon Studios?
The building is electronically secured 24/7. Access to the main entrance and your private studios are controlled by provided RFID access cards. The salon lobby and hallways are monitored and recorded by cameras.
What are the operating hours?
At Edge, you have control over your hours. You can access the building via the provided access card 24/7.
What are the equipments in each studio at Edge Salon Studios?
Each studio is provided with a professional styling chair, large mirror, shampoo chair and bowl, display cabinets, coat/purse hanger, auto-sensing LED ceiling lights, and a user-controllable LED chandelier. Studio can easily be converted to other usage such as massage, skin care, nail, tatoo, lash, makeup etc.
Some studios can comfortably fit multiple hair stations. We will work with you to set it up. The best part is your rent will be the SAME with multiple hair stations.
