  • The building is electronically secured 24/7. Access to the main building entrance and your private studio are controlled by provided RFID access cards. Salon lobby and hallways are monitored and recorded by cameras.
  • In some studios, you will also have your own private entrance from the exterior of the building. This is perfect for studio owners who want their own store front.
  • Each studio is provided with a professional styling chair, large mirror, shampoo chair & bowl, display cabinets, workspace with beautiful stone countertop, coat/purse hanger, auto sensing LED lighting in the ceiling and a user controllable LED chandelier.
  • Each studio can be customized by the owner to express their individual style and needs. Some studios can comfortly fit multiple hair stations.
  • On-site laundry machines.

Studio Owners

  • We are looking for established salon professionals with existing clienteles.
  • Studio owner must know how to market themselves to attract new clients.
  • Studio owner must be able to work harmoniously with neighbor studio owners.
  • Our salon is operated on an appointment only policy. Due to security measures, there will be no walk-ins. Entry into the building for clients shall be controlled by their studio owners upon their client’s arrival.
  • We encourage studio owner to partner with another salon professional to split the rent costs with you. LEVERAGE your private studio to your advantage! We want to provide flexibility to our studio owners.
  • In addition, some studios can comfortably fit multiple hair stations. We will work with you to set it up. The best part is your rent will be the SAME with multiple hair stations.
  • Our studios are also PET friendly.
